About the Role

NexRevo Global is seeking a Structural BIM Modeler to support a high-profile construction and infrastructure project in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

This role offers a strong opportunity to work within a multidisciplinary engineering team delivering a complex airport and mixed-use infrastructure development in one of the world’s most dynamic project environments. We are looking for a detail-oriented BIM professional who can contribute effectively to digital design, coordination, and construction support activities.

The position is structured to support professionals with strong structural BIM modeling and coordination capabilities, ensuring accurate and integrated digital delivery across disciplines. This is a full-time, on-site role, providing hands-on exposure to large-scale infrastructure projects while maintaining a clear focus on excellence within your BIM specialization.

Key Responsibilities

As a Structural BIM Modeler, you will collaborate closely with structural engineers, BIM coordinators, consultants, and contractors to support the successful delivery of the project. Responsibilities will include:

• Developing, updating, and maintaining structural BIM models in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and site information
• Producing shop drawings, construction documentation, and fabrication deliverables to support execution activities
• Coordinating structural models with architectural, MEP, and other disciplines as part of integrated BIM workflows
• Identifying clashes, discrepancies, and modeling issues, and supporting timely resolution through coordination meetings
• Ensuring models comply with project BIM standards, QA/QC procedures, and applicable codes
• Supporting BIM coordination, digital reviews, and construction-stage updates
• Contributing across the project lifecycle, from design development through construction and as-built delivery
• Applying AI-assisted modeling, automation tools, and digital workflows to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and consistency
