NexRevo Global is expanding its HR and operations team in Dubai to support ongoing engineering and infrastructure projects across the UAE.

This is an excellent opportunity for HR professionals with strong UAE experience in payroll, visa processing, employee coordination, and HR operations to work in a fast-paced and professional environment supporting multidisciplinary project teams.

These are full-time, on-site roles in Dubai, offering exposure across employee lifecycle management, HR compliance, onboarding, payroll operations, and coordination with UAE government authorities.

Who We’re Hiring

We are looking for HR Executives with hands-on UAE experience in payroll processing, visa operations, employee documentation, and HR coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Handle employment visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and PRO coordination
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and company HR policies
• Coordinate with internal departments and external authorities for HR operations
• Support onboarding, employee documentation, and employee lifecycle activities
• Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining organized records
• Support daily HR administration and employee coordination activities

What We’re Looking For

• Proven HR experience in the UAE (mandatory)
• Hands-on experience in payroll and visa processing
• Good understanding of UAE labour laws and HR procedures
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Ability to manage documentation and multitask effectively
• Experience coordinating with PROs and government authorities is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
