About the Role

NexRevo Global is seeking a Structural Design Engineer for a high-profile construction and infrastructure project in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

This is a unique opportunity to join a multidisciplinary engineering team delivering a complex airport and mixed-use infrastructure project in one of the world’s most dynamic environments. We are looking for a highly experienced structural professional capable of contributing across design, coordination, and construction support activities within a collaborative project team.

The role is structured to accommodate professionals with strong structural design and BIM-based coordination expertise, ensuring seamless integration of structural systems with architectural, MEP, and infrastructure disciplines. This is a full-time, on-site position offering broad project exposure while maintaining a strong focus on excellence within your core structural specialization.

Key Responsibilities

As a Structural Design Engineer, you will collaborate closely with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and authorities to support the successful delivery of the project. Responsibilities will include:

• Preparing structural designs for reinforced concrete and steel structures from concept through IFC (Issued for Construction) stages
• Performing structural analysis and design using industry-standard software and validated engineering methods
• Ensuring all designs comply with UAE authority requirements, applicable international codes, and project specifications
• Coordinating structural deliverables with architectural, MEP, and other multidisciplinary teams
• Reviewing shop drawings, method statements, material submittals, and as-built documentation for compliance and constructability
• Supporting site inspections, quality control activities, and technical reporting during construction
• Contributing across the project lifecycle, from early design development through execution and handover
• Applying BIM workflows, digital coordination processes, and AI-assisted design tools to improve efficiency, accuracy, and integration
