About the Role
NexRevo Global is seeking a Project Engineer for a high‑profile construction and infrastructure project in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
This is a unique opportunity to join a multidisciplinary engineering team working on a complex airport and mixed‑use infrastructure project in one of the world’s most dynamic environments. We are looking for a versatile engineering professional capable of contributing across multiple disciplines.
The role is structured to accommodate candidates from diverse technical backgrounds as we build our project team, ensuring all aspects of design and construction are covered. This is a full‑time, on‑site position offering broad exposure while maintaining a strong focus on excellence within your core expertise.
Key Responsibilities
As a Project Engineer, you will collaborate closely with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and authorities to support the successful delivery of the project. Responsibilities will align with your area of specialization and may include:
- Planning, design coordination, and oversight of construction activities
- Ensuring designs and site works comply with UAE building codes and applicable international standards
- Coordinating with multidisciplinary engineers, inspectors, and consultants
- Liaising with relevant authorities for permits, approvals, and inspections
- Supporting quality control, safety compliance, and schedule adherence
- Contributing across the project lifecycle from design through execution
All work must adhere to local regulations and applicable aviation/infrastructure standards, including UAE Building Codes and IATA/ICAO guidelines for airport projects.
Who Should Apply – Areas of Expertise
This role may be a strong fit if you have experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Structural Engineering & BIM Modelling
Structural system design and/or development of BIM models (e.g., Revit) - Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) Engineering
Design and coordination of HVAC, electrical power, lighting, and plumbing systems - Mechanical or Electrical Site Supervision
On‑site supervision of mechanical or electrical works with a focus on quality and compliance - Architectural / Structural Inspection
Site inspection experience ensuring construction quality and code compliance - ICT / ELV Systems Engineering
Design or modelling of ICT and ELV systems (networks, security, communications) - BIM Coordination & Digital Design
Multi‑discipline BIM coordination, clash detection, and integrated design workflows - Airport & Complex Infrastructure Projects
Experience in airports, transportation hubs, or similarly complex infrastructure projects

Qualifications & Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline)
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in design, coordination, or construction supervision
- Prior experience on large‑scale UAE projects (airports or major infrastructure preferred)
Technical Skills
- Proven expertise in your respective discipline
- Familiarity with UAE authority approval processes (Dubai Municipality, DEWA, SEWA, GCAA, etc.)
- Knowledge of international standards such as IATA / ICAO, NFPA, BS, and ASHRAE is an advantage
Soft Skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Effective problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
- Adaptability in a fast‑paced, multi‑disciplinary project environment
- Professional coordination with contractors, consultants, and authorities
