About the Role
NexRevo Global is seeking a Plumbing & Fire-Fighting BIM Engineer for a high-profile construction and infrastructure project in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
This is a unique opportunity to join a multidisciplinary engineering team working on a complex airport and mixed-use infrastructure project in one of the world’s most dynamic environments. We are looking for a technically strong BIM professional with deep expertise in plumbing and fire-fighting systems who can contribute effectively within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary project environment.
The role is structured to accommodate professionals with strong design and BIM-based coordination backgrounds, ensuring full integration of plumbing and fire-fighting systems across design and construction stages. This is a full-time, on-site position offering broad exposure while maintaining a strong focus on technical excellence within your core specialization.
Key Responsibilities
As a Plumbing & Fire-Fighting BIM Engineer, you will collaborate closely with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and authorities to support the successful delivery of the project. Responsibilities will include:
- Developing BIM-based designs for plumbing and fire-fighting systems using Revit and related digital tools
- Preparing design drawings, calculations, specifications, and coordinated BIM deliverables across project stages
- Ensuring all designs comply with UAE authority requirements, NFPA standards, and applicable international codes
- Coordinating plumbing and fire-fighting systems with architectural, structural, and other MEP disciplines
- Supporting quantity take-offs, BoQs, tender documentation, bids, and construction-stage technical queries
- Applying BIM coordination and QA/QC processes to ensure accuracy, constructability, and compliance
- Utilizing AI-assisted simulation, hydraulic calculation, and automation tools to enhance design efficiency and performance
- Supporting design reviews, authority submissions, and contributing across the project lifecycle from design through execution

Qualifications & Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Master’s preferred)
- 8–10 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 3 years on BIM-based projects
Technical Skills
- Proven expertise in plumbing and fire-fighting system design
- Mandatory UAE Society of Engineers membership
- Mandatory approvals from NFPA and Dubai Municipality / Civil Defense
- Strong knowledge of UAE codes, NFPA standards, and international best practices
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Dynamo, and hydraulic calculation software
- Experience with BIM QA/QC workflows, coordination tools, and AI-assisted simulations
