About the Role
NexRevo Global is seeking a BIM Engineer / BIM Modeler (MEP, ICT & ELV) for a high-profile construction and infrastructure project in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
This is a unique opportunity to join a multidisciplinary engineering team delivering a complex airport and mixed-use infrastructure project in one of the world’s most dynamic environments. The role is ideal for a technically strong BIM professional who can contribute across multiple engineering disciplines while maintaining excellence within their core modeling and coordination expertise.
The position is structured to support candidates from MEP, ICT, ELV, and digital design backgrounds, ensuring all aspects of coordinated design and construction modeling are covered. This is a full-time, on-site role offering broad project exposure with a strong focus on quality, accuracy, and digital innovation.
Key Responsibilities
As a BIM Engineer, you will collaborate closely with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and authorities to support the successful delivery of the project. Responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining BIM and CAD models for MEP, ICT, and ELV systems using Revit, AutoCAD MEP, and Navisworks
- Producing coordinated 3D models, 2D drawings, schematics, shop drawings, and as-built documentation
- Performing clash detection and model coordination with architectural, structural, and multidisciplinary engineering teams
- Ensuring models and drawings comply with UAE authority requirements, project specifications, and applicable international standards
- Supporting construction teams by updating models, reviewing technical submittals, and incorporating approved site changes
- Applying digital QA/QC workflows to maintain model accuracy, consistency, and data integrity
- Utilizing AI-assisted modeling, automation tools, and digital twin platforms to improve efficiency and coordination
- Supporting coordination meetings and contributing across the project lifecycle from design through construction and handover

Qualifications & Requirements
Education & Experience
- Degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, ICT, Architecture, or a related discipline
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in MEP / ICT / ELV BIM modeling and coordination
- Prior experience on large-scale UAE projects is preferred (airport or infrastructure experience is an advantage)
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD MEP, Navisworks, and BIM coordination platforms
- Solid understanding of MEP, ICT, and ELV systems and construction coordination workflows
- Familiarity with UAE authority standards and approval processes
- Knowledge of international standards such as IATA / ICAO, NFPA, BS, and ASHRAE is an advantage
- Experience with automation, AI-assisted modeling, and digital twin technologies
