About the Role

NexRevo Global is seeking an Architectural Site Inspector for a high-profile construction and infrastructure project in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

This is a unique opportunity to join a multidisciplinary engineering and design team working on a complex airport and mixed-use infrastructure project in one of the world’s most dynamic construction environments. We are looking for a detail-oriented architectural professional with strong site inspection experience and a commitment to quality, compliance, and delivery excellence.

The role is structured to support candidates from architectural and engineering backgrounds, ensuring construction works meet approved designs, specifications, and regulatory standards. This is a full-time, on-site position offering exposure across multiple disciplines while maintaining a strong focus on architectural quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

As an Architectural Site Inspector, you will collaborate closely with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and authorities to support the successful delivery of the project. Responsibilities will include:

• Conducting site inspections for architectural works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and UAE authority requirements
• Verifying contractor use of approved shop drawings, materials, mock-ups, and construction procedures
• Monitoring workmanship quality, finishes, and material compliance, and reporting non-conformities
• Recording, reporting, and following up on defects, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and corrective actions
• Maintaining QA/QC documentation, inspection checklists, daily site reports, and photographic records
• Coordinating with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors to resolve site-related issues
• Supporting quality control, site safety compliance, and construction progress tracking
• Liaising with relevant UAE authorities for inspections, approvals, and compliance requirements
• Utilizing digital platforms and AI-enabled inspection and reporting tools to improve accuracy, traceability, and efficiency
