About the Role
NexRevo Global is seeking an ICT / SAS BIM Modeler for a high-profile construction and infrastructure project in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
This is a unique opportunity to join a multidisciplinary engineering team working on a complex airport and mixed-use infrastructure project in one of the world’s most dynamic environments. We are looking for a highly skilled BIM professional with deep expertise in ICT and Special Airport Systems (SAS) modeling, coordination, and digital delivery.
The role is structured to support professionals from ICT, CAD, and engineering backgrounds, ensuring accurate and coordinated digital models across all project disciplines. This is a full-time, on-site position offering broad project exposure while maintaining a strong focus on technical excellence within your core specialization.
Key Responsibilities
As an ICT / SAS BIM Modeler, you will collaborate closely with engineers, consultants, contractors, and project teams to support the successful delivery of the project. Responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and developing BIM and CAD models, drawings, and layouts for ICT and SAS systems using AutoCAD and Revit
- Modeling structured cabling systems, containment, control rooms, data centers, and ICT/SAS equipment layouts
- Coordinating ICT/SAS models with Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines to ensure spatial and system integration
- Ensuring all models comply with UAE authority codes, project specifications, and applicable IATA ADRM and ICAO standards for airport projects
- Supporting engineers with tender drawings, coordinated design updates, and as-built models
- Performing clash detection, model audits, and coordination reviews using Navisworks or similar platforms
- Utilizing AI-assisted modeling, automation workflows, and digital tools to improve efficiency, accuracy, and consistency
- Maintaining BIM documentation, model version control, and coordination records
- Supporting quality control, schedule adherence, and digital delivery standards throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications & Requirements
Education & Experience
- Degree or diploma in CAD, Engineering, ICT, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in ICT / SAS BIM or CAD modeling
- Prior experience on UAE airport or large-scale infrastructure projects is strongly preferred
Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), and coordination tools such as Navisworks / BIM 360
- Strong knowledge of UAE authority requirements, IATA ADRM, and ICAO standards
- Experience with clash detection, model coordination, and BIM execution plans
- Familiarity with AI-driven modeling tools, automation workflows, and digital twin platforms
- Ability to produce accurate tender, construction, and as-built models
